Configuring vehicle statuses.
The section to configure vehicle statuses is primarily created for future data grouping. By default, the system uses 4 statuses:
- Active
- On repair
- Deactivated
- Leased.
You can create and edit statuses at your discretion. To do this, go to the “Settings” section → “Vehicle statuses” → Next, click either “Add status” or “Edit” (“Pencil” icon)

When adding or editing, indicate the status color (for example, the vehicle is active – green, the vehicle is under repair – red, etc.) and the status name.

Vehicle types.
Vehicle types are the main criterion for grouping a “heterogeneous” vehicle fleet. Why is it necessary to determine the type of vehicle for each unit of the vehicle fleet? Primarily for reporting and grouping. For example, the output of the indicator is the cost of 1 km. the path or the total cost of operation is best done using a homogeneous technique. By default, the main types are highlighted:

Fuel types.
Fuel costs are one of the key cost items for vehicle operation. Given this fact, the system provides the maximum detailing of costs for this item. For example, machinery uses both propane and gasoline. When generating reporting information, the system will indicate how many liters of each type of fuel were spent. By default, the main types are included in the system:

In the absence of any type or to edit the current ones, go to the section “Settings” → “Types of fuel” → Then click either “Add” or “Edit” (the “Pencil” icon)
Setting vehicle notification types
A vehicle is an asset. The maintenance of assets always carries certain costs, including financial costs. This includes payment for insurances, permits, clearances, etc. That is, costs and actions occur at regular intervals, and in case of non-renewal, the company suffers big losses. Unfortunately, insurance companies are not always customer-focused and they can’t or forget to remind the supervisor in advance that a renewal is necessary. Mechanics shift the responsibility to the drivers, but often, the drivers let the company down. “Zavgar Online” system will not forget anything, it will remind you in advance and save scans of all documents in the system.
Each company is different, so it is very difficult to create default notification types for everyone. Therefore, when starting the work with the system and during its use, we recommend entering the types of vehicle notifications. For example, it can be:

Integration with Wialon GLONASS/GPS monitoring system.
One of the main tools for controlling the actual operation of vehicles at various size companies is GLONASS/GPS monitoring and fuel consumption control system. The most popular system in the CIS countries is Wialon, its share of the market already exceeds 35%. Other systems such as Omnicomm, Autograph, Fort Monitor, Scout, etc. have the ability to broadcast data to Wialon. Therefore, if desired, by developing an integration module only with Wialon, we can receive data on mileage, location, fuel, driving style from absolutely any monitoring system.
If you use Wialon Hosting system it is done in a few clicks. Go to “Settings” → “Integration with GPS”
The system will ask you a question:

click “ОК”. The “get a token” page will open. In the upper right corner, click on the “list” icon:

A list of operations will open. Among them, “Request a token in Wialon” highlited in green, click on it

Enter login and password, which you use in Wialon system.

The token will be displayed in the “New token” line, go to the list again and click the “Use new token” button → “Save” → “To the list of vehicles”.

If the integration was successful, a list of all objects from the Wialon system will be displayed as a list.

Next, there are two possible scenarios:
- You initially enter the vehicle data.
Select the vehicles (tick the boxes) that you want to add as objects from the Wialon system to “Zavgar Online”.

The system will ask a confirmation question, click “Yes”

Objects were added and automatically synchronized.
2. Vehicles have been already added into “Zavgar Online” system, we need to “link” them with objects in Wialon.
To do this: click the update button, next to the object name → the name of the object in Wialon is displayed in the form that will open → select the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle in “Zavgar Online” system → tick “Synchronize” box → “Save”

Integration with fuel cards.
Using fuel cards is an excellent tool for interacting with gas station networks. It has many benefits:
additional volume discounts;
refusal to use cash;
VAT refund;
additional control.
Integration of the Zavgar Online system with fuel card services allows you to automate the process of receiving data into a single system, eliminate the human factor when entering data on refueling, and also get an excellent tool for combating fuel theft.
Currently, integration with the following fuel card suppliers has been implemented: PPR (All-terrain vehicle cards, etc.), Likard (Lukoil cards), Avtokad-Yug, Gazprom AGNKS, Pit stop.
