Creating your own report templates.

Zavgar Online system allows you to create your own report templates. To do this, go to any of the report templates and select the required parameters in your template, then click on “Template” button

Next, specify the name of the future template and the period for which you need a report to be generated when choosing this template.

Automatic generation and mailing of a report to supervisors.

Ready-made reports can be mailed automatically according to a predetermined script. For example, a monthly report to the CEO on operating costs or a report on fuel costs to the depot manager.

To mail an automatic report you need:

Create a report template with parameters required for mailing;

In the list of reports, select this template and click on “Settings” button;

Activate template mailing, frequency of mailing, time of mailing and the format of the report. Save the data.

Summary report on the total cost of operation activities

1. Select the period for which you need to receive data on the total cost of operation activities and the cost per 1 km. of operation, and also select vehicles (by default, all available vehicles are displayed); 

2. Select parameters (columns), by default these are:

• vehicles;
• mileage for the period;
• number of expenses in pcs.;
• fuel expenses in roubles;
• service and repairs expenses in roubles;
• expenses on spare parts, technical fluids and materials in roubles;
• additional expenses in roubles;
• total cost of operation in roubles;
• the cost of 1 km. of operation in roubles.

3. By default, reported data is displayed on the page.

4. To export data, select the format (PDF, XLS, CSV) and click “Get link”.

Report on violations in the system

1. Select the period for which you need to receive data on the number and type of violations, as well as vehicles (by default, all available vehicles are displayed);

2. Select parameters (columns), by default these are:

• vehicle;
• total number of violations;
• number of overdue problems;
• number of overdue service notifications (maintenance service and planned repairs);
• number of overdue vehicle notifications (insurances, permits, Cryptographic Information Protection Facility (CIPF) replacement in a tachograph);
• number of inspections with problems.

3. By default, repored data is displayed on the page.

4. To export them, select the format (PDF, XLS, CSV) and click “Get link”.

1. Select the period, for which you need to receive data on all repairs and maintenance, and select vehicles (by default, all available vehicles are displayed);

2. Select parameters (columns), by default these are:

• vehicle;
• number of repairs (number of maintenance and repairs);
• cost of spare parts, used in repairs and maintenance in roubles;
• total value of service costs in roubles.

3. By default, reported data is displayed on the page.

4. To export data select a format (PDF, XLS, CSV) and click on “Get a link”.

Report on the control of the inspections scheduled for a specific day and vehicle in the plan/fact format. 

1. Select inspection form.

2. Select preferred day on which these forms of inspections were to be carried out.

3. Data entered on the page;

• vehicle name;
• the driver, assigned to the vehicle on the selected day;
• status of inspections (Cross – the inspection should have been carried out, but in fact was not performed. Tick – the inspection was performed according to the schedule) 

4. To export data to PDF-format press “Download PDF”.

1. Select the period for which you need to receive data on the refueling entered in the system, and select the vehicle (by default, all available vehicles are displayed) and the type of refueling (manually added or entered from integration with fuel card services). .

2. Select parameters (columns), by default these are:

• volume of filled in fuel in litres;
• cost of filled in fuel in roubles.
