Gas station history

According to statistics, up to 50% of the cost of operating a vehicle is the cost of buying fuel. Over the past 10 years, the cost has already more than doubled and experts’ forecasts for the future do not inspire optimism in this matter. The only thing that an effective manager can do in such a situation is to reduce actual consumption, completely eliminate theft and build efficient logistics routes. The Zavgar Online system in this case is an effective assistant to the manager and business owner. The system displays:

All gas stations are for cash. All refueling on fuel cards (today, integration with Likard systems from Lukoil, PPR (all-terrain vehicle card, etc.) has been carried out), etc. Fuel consumption per 100 km., Based on mileage and lunch of refueled fuel. Actual costs of buying fuel per 1 km. paths.

The structure of the “Refueling” module.

In the case of integration with fuel card processing systems (you can have all fuel cards from different suppliers at the same time), some of the gas stations (for various reasons) fall into the category of not entered transactions and are highlighted in red. Unprocessed refueling is displayed at the top of the “History of refueling” list, and their number is displayed as one of the dashboard indicators on the main page.

///

When you press the “Add” button, you will only have to bind the refueling to the vehicle and recheck the data that the system considered erroneous.

Attention!!! Automatic addition of gas stations can only work under two conditions:

1) Integration with fuel card services has been made and each card is tied to the vehicle.

2) Integrated with the vehicle monitoring system (for example, Vialon)

What data is displayed in the list of gas stations?

Attention!!! The last refueling for each vehicle will not display information for items 4, 7 and 8 below. At the next request, the information will be pulled up.

1) Vehicle name.

2) Date and time of refueling.

3) Odometer reading at the time of refueling.

4) Mileage from refueling to refueling.

5) The volume of fuel filled.

6) The cost of refueling.

7) Fuel consumption per 100 km.

8) Fuel cost per 1 km.

9) Button to go to the refueling card.
