Report on the control of the inspections scheduled for a specific day and vehicle in the plan/fact format.

1. Select inspection form.

2. Select preferred day on which these forms of inspections were to be carried out.

3. Data entered on the page;

• vehicle name;
• the driver, assigned to the vehicle on the selected day;
• status of inspections (Cross – the inspection should have been carried out, but in fact was not performed. Tick – the inspection was performed according to the schedule) 

4. To export data to PDF-format press “Download PDF”.
