Purchase orders.

Work Orders is an improved version of the Service Records module. Detailed accounting of all works, cancellation of warehouse spare parts in relation to a specific vehicle, maintenance and repair planning, monitoring of the status of its implementation.

In the main menu, go to the section “Service” → “Work orders”.

Se abre una lista de todas las órdenes de trabajo para su flota. El administrador ve todas las órdenes de trabajo, otros usuarios solo aquellos en los que son responsables.


¿Qué datos se muestran en la lista de órdenes de trabajo?

  1. Vehicle name.
  2. Dates of creation, start and end of work.
  3. Service tasks on this work order.
  4. Person in charge.
  5. The amount spent to solve it.
  6. Link to the purchase order card


The list of work orders can be filtered by:

  1. Vehicle name;
  2. Work order creation date.
  3. Status of the work order.

If you wish, you can use more complex filtering by clicking the “More” button, an additional menu will be displayed on the right side of the screen.
