Adding a supplier

Go to “ Suppliers” → “Add a record”

Supplier card will open → Add company data (name, address, website)

Enter company contact person details (his name, phone number, e-mail)

Select a type for supplier. There are three types of suppliers in the sysyem:

1. Fuel supplier. Companies added to this group will be displayed when adding refuelings.
2. Spare parts, maintenance items and technical fluids supplier. Companies added to this group will be displayed when creating service records and work orders.
3. Suppliers, performing technical maintenance and repair. This group includes insurance and other services, needed for vehicle operation. Companies added to this group will be displayed when creating service records and work-orders.
